Sourcing

Keep the founders. Skip the mods and bots.

Paste the t.me links of the groups you’re in. Hilsen pulls the members, reads their bios and ranks them by role before anyone lands in your CRM.
Hilsen’s Review before import screen for the Polar Protocol group, filtered to founders, co-founders, support and bots: the co-founders are ranked High relevance, while an anti-spam bot and the admin and support accounts are ranked Low, some marked Excluded.

How a scrape runs

Members first, then bios, then a verdict

You see contacts as soon as the member list is in. Bios fill in during a second, paced pass, and qualification runs on what they say.
  • Groups: every member Telegram lets you see. Channels: the admins and the linked discussion group.
  • Invite-only links are joined only if you allow it. Otherwise that source fails with the reason, and the rest carry on.
  • Several links in one job, each with its own status, count and errors.

Qualification

Ranked by what people do

Rules read each name, username, bio and admin badge and suggest a role, a relevance and the reason. Add your own AI model and you get the same answer, sharper on vague bios. Either way it’s a suggestion: your edits always win.

Set aside, with the reason

“Polar Protocol mod · I will never DM you first” is excluded as Support.

Review before import

Linked, never re-created

Only the people you keep reach the CRM. Hilsen recognises someone it already knows and links the new source to them instead of making a second lead.
  • Matched on Telegram user ID first, then username.
  • A match only fills fields that are empty. What your team typed is never overwritten.
  • Companies are matched ignoring case, spacing and punctuation, so “Polar Protocol” and “polar-protocol” are one company.
  • Tabs for decision-makers, high relevance, admins and team, and people still to review.

Other ways in

Not every lead starts in a group

  • Website discovery

Start from company websites. Hilsen finds their official Telegram groups and channels and fills in the company.
  • CSV upload

Bring a list you already have. Duplicates are matched the same way as scraped contacts.
  • Phone match (beta)

For your own customers who agreed to be contacted. Numbers are stored hashed, with only the last four digits shown.

Start with one group link.

Create a workspace, load sample data and run a campaign on simulated accounts before you connect a real one. Free while in beta.
