Autopilot

Autopilot takes the first replies. You take the call.

Switch it on per campaign. Autopilot answers early questions from your Playbook, shares your booking link when the lead wants to talk, and hands the conversation to you at Interested.

Modes

Off, Draft or Autopilot, per campaign

Start in Draft to see what it would say. Switch to Autopilot when you trust it.
  • OffPeople answer every reply.
  • DraftAutopilot prepares each reply in the Inbox composer. A person sends it with one click.
  • AutopilotAutopilot replies on its own after a short review window, until the lead is ready for a person.

Playbook

It only says what your Playbook says

What you do, your offer, your ideal customer, proof points, FAQs, allowed links, tone, the name to sign with and a never-say list. At most one qualifying question, then a call when they want one.

Every reply is checked before it goes

If a reply contains any of these, it isn’t sent. The conversation goes to a person instead.

  • Longer than 600 characters
  • A link that isn’t in your Playbook (your booking link is fine)
  • A number your Playbook doesn’t contain
  • A date or a time
  • Anything on your never-say list
  • Asking for wallets, keys or payments, or promising returns
  • More than one question

Handoff

It knows when to step back

The owner gets the conversation back, with the reason, in the Inbox and by email. Autopilot suggests the temperature it saw; you decide whether to apply it.
  • The lead reaches InterestedOr Buy-in, if you set the bar higher
  • A call is bookedWhatever path booked it
  • Pricing, terms, contracts, token deals or investmentCommercial questions are for people
  • “Are you a bot?”, a complaint, or a request for a personNo arguing, no pretending
  • The Playbook doesn’t cover it, or confidence is below 0.6Silence beats a guess
  • Three Autopilot replies in the threadThe default limit per conversation
  • Anything failsModel, validation or send

Control

A person always wins

  • A review window

Replies wait 2 to 6 minutes, inside the campaign’s sending window, with “typing…” first. Send now, edit or cancel while they wait.
  • Take over any time

Write in the thread yourself and Autopilot pauses there. Resume it later with one click.
  • Hard stops

Opt-outs and Do not contact get no reply at all, not even one that was already waiting.

Engine

Works without an AI key

With no model, rules mode answers only questions that match a Playbook FAQ, word for word, and shares your booking link when someone wants to talk. Everything else goes to a person. Add a model for more natural replies, with the same checks.
  • Sends go through the same limits, pacing and sender as any other message.
  • Marked Autopilot in the thread, the lead’s timeline and the audit log.
  • Only conversations the campaign started, and only replies that arrive after you switch it on.
  • Try it on a sample message in Settings before a single lead sees it.
