Outreach

Message from every account without burning one.

Sequences go out from all your Telegram accounts, spaced the way a person would send them, inside the hours you pick. When someone replies, their sequence stops.
Hilsen’s campaign builder on the Sequence step of a retargeting draft: an initial message with first name and company variables, two variations with auto-optimise switched on, a live preview for an example lead and the safety check.

Limits

Ceilings, not targets

Every account has a daily limit for new conversations, and a campaign can set a lower one. A first message goes out only when both have room. Messages you send by hand to someone new count too, and wait for the same gap between sends. Follow-ups to people already in a conversation don’t use up that limit.

Several campaigns on one account take turns, so none of them starves. Raise a limit mid-day and the leads that were waiting go out again.

Pacing

Sent like a person would

Each account waits a random 90 to 300 seconds between sends by default, and you can set its own range. Messages only go out inside the sending window, in your workspace’s time zone.

Sequences

Follow-ups that know when to stop

  • Stop on reply

The moment someone answers, the rest of their sequence is cancelled. They land in the Inbox instead.
  • Same sender, every time

Follow-ups come from the account that sent the first message. If it’s paused, the lead waits.
  • Variables with fallbacks

{first_name|there}, {company|your team} and a tracked {booking_link}, so no message goes out with a gap.
  • One-off first messages

A lead with its own custom message gets that one instead of the template, straight from a CSV column.
  • Opt-outs honoured

“Stop” or “remove me” in several languages marks the lead Do not contact and ends every sequence.
  • Start when you want

Launch now or schedule the start. Steps wait a set number of hours or days, and only if there’s no reply.

Safety check

Every first message, read before it goes

Accounts get limited mostly because people report what they receive. As you write a sequence, Hilsen checks each step and variation against the sample leads, so {variables} are filled in, and says what to change in plain words.
  • Links in the first message, including {booking_link}. Share them once someone replies.
  • About 5 variations per 100 recipients, at least 2 from 20, and none that are nearly the same.
  • Long, pushy or scripted wording, and your company name in every variation.
  • Money amounts, percentages, yields, token sales, meme coins and gambling.
  • Risky? Launch asks you to confirm. Suggest a friendlier version offers a rewrite you can take or leave.

Variations

Let the replies pick the winner

Turn on auto-optimise and every variation starts with an even split. Once each has 30 counted sends, more leads go to the one that earns replies.
  • Each variation keeps at least 10% of leads while it learns.
  • A winner is called at 95% confidence after 100 sends.
  • Replies count only once a send is 24 hours old, so slow repliers don’t punish the newest messages.

Retargeting

Go back to the right people

Build a campaign from where people stand with you, not from a list. Or combine CRM filters, a saved audience, a CSV and scrape results. Duplicates are ignored and Do not contact is always left out.
  • Contacted, never replied
  • Last contacted 60+ days ago
  • Replied, then went cold
  • Warm leads
  • Interested leads
  • Decision-makers, not yet contacted
  • Leads from a previous campaign
