Terms of service

Last updated 26 September 2026. By using Hilsen you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation.

The service

Hilsen is software for prospecting, outreach and relationship management on Telegram. Features may change as the product improves; we'll give notice of material changes.

Acceptable use

• Follow Telegram's terms of service and applicable anti-spam, marketing and data-protection laws.
• Only contact people you have a legitimate reason to contact; honour requests to stop.
• Don't impersonate people or organisations, and don't use Hilsen to evade platform restrictions.
• Keep sending volumes reasonable. Limits you configure are maximums, not targets.

Your data

Your workspace data belongs to your organisation. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Accounts and security

You're responsible for the Telegram accounts you connect and for keeping your team's credentials and API keys secure. Revoke access you no longer need.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Hilsen available and secure, but the service is provided as is. Telegram may restrict accounts independently of Hilsen; we aren't liable for actions taken by third-party platforms.
